Captain Corey Nowakowski

A native to South Florida and 20 years of experience fishing the canals and lakes of South Florida. I’m the current IGFA All-Tackle World Record holder of the Bullseye Snakehead which weighed 15 lbs 8 oz. I’m a U.S. Coast Approved Captain with a OUPV captains license.  

I specialize in catching Bullseye Snakeheads, Largemouth Bass, Peacock Bass and Clown Knifefish. I’ve had 8 IGFA World Records for the Bullseye Snakeheads and have appeared on TV shows Monster Fish and Chasing Monsters fishing for Bullseye Snakeheads. 

 I’ve have the nickname The Snakehead Professor based on the number of world records and the numbers of Snakeheads that I have caught between 8-15 lbs. While being a native I have spent a lot of time out in the Everglades fishing for Largemouth Bass over the years catching many fish between 8-10 lbs. I’ve also spent a lot of time on another exotic fish down here called the Clown Knifefish and have caught many between 8-10 lbs on both live bait and artificial, these will test your skills especially when going after them on artificial lures.
